FAQ

WHAT IS A DAY OF GIVING?

A Day of Giving takes place on Thursday, October 21, 2021. It is our opportunity to show our Aggie pride and gratitude for the impact Utah State University has had on each of us, in our communities, and around the world. On this day, Aggies can make a gift of any size to the designation of our choice.

This year, we’re asking our alumni, friends, faculty and staff, students and parents to give toward the Student Emergency Hardship Fund. Every gift matters and makes a difference to a student in need. We are all part of the amazing Aggie Family — and TOGETHER, WE ARE GREATER!

WHY A DAY OF GIVING?

In 1888, the Agricultural College of Utah was founded as the state's land-grant institution. For more than 131 years, Aggies have proven that we achieve more, we go higher, and we shine brighter when we work together than we ever could on our own. At no time is our shared success celebrated with more excitement than during Homecoming Week, when each of us is instrumental in helping the University reach our A Day of Giving goal.
