We are honored to celebrate the life of Elaine Jarrett (1928-2021). Elaine was actively involved in 4-H at the county and state level as a teacher, leader and mentor. We are eternally grateful for Elaine and her husband Von, who generously created a statewide scholarship for Utah 4-H members to attend Utah State University.
The Von H. & Elaine Y. Jarrett 4-H Scholarship Endowment was established to benefit current & former 4-H members attending Utah State University with a good academic record and financial need.
