Jason Hancock has dedicated his life to creating a world where young people with special needs are celebrated for their own unique potential. As the founder of Special Beauty, Jason Hancock organizes an annual event that is spreading across Japan and the United States, celebrating the individuality, confidence, and talent of children and adults with unique challenges and abilities. Jason has become a passionate advocate for inclusion and self-expression for people with unique abilities. In 2026, Jason created an opportunity for USU students in the Master’s in Human Resources program to share that passion by taking a hands-on role in running one of the many Special Beauty events he organizes. Through fashion shows, talent showcases, and community events, his organization has provided a stage and a spotlight for children and young adults to shine in ways they may never have imagined possible.
