Utah State Promise Scholarship Endowment Fund
Utah State University President Brad L. Mortensen announced the launch of the Utah State Promise Scholarship Endowment Fund during his inauguration on Jan. 16, 2026. He emphasized shared responsibility, opportunity, and the land-grant mission that defines Utah State. This new philanthropic initiative is designed to sustain the Utah State Promise Scholarship, a need-based fund that helps bridge the tuition gap for our most financially vulnerable undergraduate students and strengthen access to higher education for Utah students.
