Dolores Doré Eccles Center for Early Care & Education (1902-1994)
Philanthropist Emma Eccles Jones would be proud to know that her sister-in-law, Dolores Doré Eccles, joined the legacy of support for educating young children. The east wing of Utah State University’s Emma Eccles Jones Early Child Education and Research Center houses the Dolores Doré Eccles Center for Early Care and Education, a state-of-the-art early childhood center for children from infancy through preschool that contributes to the study of early care best practices.
