FLPMA at 50: Past, Present, and Future

The Janet Quinney Lawson Institute for Land, Water, and Air is hosting a one-day conference in partnership with the Foundation for America's Public Lands and in collaboration with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Federal Lands Policy Management Act. This one-day conference will feature speakers from federal and state government and agency leadership, researchers, and non-profit organizations who will discuss how FLPMA has changed public lands management since it became law and the emerging challenges and opportunities for public land management over the next 50 years.
