9/11 Memorial Stair Climb
Special Event
Join the USU Department of Public Safety for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, held this year on the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks, in honor of the 2,977 lives lost and the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. Participants will climb in remembrance of those who were lost and in tribute to the courage, service, and sacrifice of the first responders who climbed to save others. Presented in collaboration with the USU Veterans Resource Office and the Logan City Fire Department. Registration opens at 5 p.m. The first 400 individuals to register will receive a T-shirt. Stair Climb begins at 6 p.m.
USU Combat Robotics Back-to-School Bot Bash

It's time to go back to school, and we're starting it off with a bonafide ROBOT RIOT! USU is hosting its second Back-to-School Bash, where builders from our club and the local community gather to start the school season off with a BANG! This event will be held in the front atrium of USU's Engineering building (ENGR), with pits in ENGR 101. Entry is FREE for both competitors and spectators. Girls in Aviation Day

Come be a part of this great worldwide event! Girls ages 8 to 18 are invited to the Logan-Cache Airport to explore the world of aviation. The mission of GIAD is to introduce girls to careers in the aviation and aerospace industries. Hands-on activities will include flying a flight simulator, discovering how drones fly, photo opportunities with planes, and more. Hear from current and former aviation professionals and discover options in the aviation and aerospace industries.

Our first annual Discover Day is for all students who would like to learn more about our majors and how they lead to fulfilling jobs and careers. You will rotate through stations hosted by faculty, staff, and students representing our 8 majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Management, Data Analytics, and Information Systems. If you are a student who is not sure which major is right for you, this event will help you find your place at Huntsman! The event will end with lunch and networking.

Utah Agricultural Products BBQ
Special Event
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Ag Day BBQ! The barbecue will feature Utah-grown beef, dairy products, pork, onion rings, salad, lamb, corn, apples, Creamies, and more. A collaboration between participating commodity groups, companies, and QANR, volunteers from commodity groups and the college prepare and serve the meal in an outdoor festival atmosphere where guests can try all sorts of delicious food. The event has become a beloved fall tradition at USU for the agricultural community, alumni, donors and friends. All proceeds, including your donation, go to the Utah Agricultural Leadership Endowment at USU to help train future generations of Utah’s farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness people through scholarship support.

Employee Appreciation Day!
Special Event
Employee Appreciation Day is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources with support from other USU departments and sponsorship from benefit partners. The goal of this day is to celebrate all faculty and staff by providing some food, fun, and recognition for all you do for USU and our students. USU leadership will be both serving and mingling with employees during a free lunch, donated in part by our own USU Dining Services. The event will also feature a football field goal kick, paper airplane flying contest, flu shot clinic, tours of the west stadium athletic venue, music, swag, booths, prizes, and more! Employees must bring their USU ID card or A# in order to access the event.
