Lost and Found

The USU Lost and Found is located at the Surplus Store, 880 East 1250 North, and items can be claimed Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. For questions call (435) 797-2083. 

If we have found an item of yours, we’d love to reunite you with it! If you are a USU student, staff or faculty member and we can identify you as the owner (USU ID card, Driver’s License, etc.) then we will notify you by sending an email to your preferred email address. Once we do please come pick it up at your earliest convenience.

If you have lost an item that we would not be able to identify you as the owner (water bottles, clothing items, etc.) then stop on by the Surplus Store and see if it’s been turned in. There are wonderful people in our community who bring lost items in and there is a very high chance you will have it in your hands before you know it.

If you have found an item you are welcome to take it down to the Surplus Store or contact our amazing Public Safety Security Team at (435) 797-1939 and they will have a Security Officer stop by to pick it up.

USU ID Cards will be transferred to the USU Card Office, located in TSC room 212, and can be claimed Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. For questions call (435) 797-3852.
