Eligibility for All Caregivers: Must live in Utah and currently be employed as a caregiver, coach or owner/director at a licensed child care facility in the state of Utah.For Licensed Family Child Care Programs: After the license holder completes the All Means All certification, then any full-time caregivers that have worked at the program a year may apply. Program must be eligible for Department of Workforce Service (DWS) Child Care Subsidy.
For Licensed Centers: After the Center Director completes the All Means All certification, then any full-time caregivers that have worked at the program a year may apply. Program must be eligible for Department of Workforce Service (DWS) Child Care Subsidy. Each program must have a Director who has earned an All Means All award; the same Director cannot be used for multiple programs.
Please note that this program is first come, first served and is contigent upon funding.
A program's All Means All certification is good for three years from when the Director receives the certification.
To Renew: a program can complete the renewal process by clicking on the orange renew button above. This includes verifying the Director and caregivers who earned their All Means All certification are still employed at the program, the program's inclusion statement is still posted on the their program's Care About Childcare profile, and submit their up-to-date expulsion policy and resource list.

Create a Local Resource List
This resource list must have at least eight local resources pertaining to special needs, with at least two of those resources including places for parents to have their children assessed/evaluated for a suspected disability.

Caregivers will also receive a personal $400 incentive for completing all training and tasks.
*The materials purchased with the $400 grant remain the property of the program. If a caregiver leaves the program, the items purchased remain there. The $400 belongs to the participating caregiver and will be issued directly to them not the program. Caregivers are only eligible for one material grant and incentive even if they transfer to another program.
