Prior to joining the Civil Rights & Title IX Office team in October of 2022, Dan practiced criminal defense and civil litigation in Western Montana. Dan grew up in the Cache Valley area and is excited to return and be a part of USU. He enjoys hiking, camping and most any outdoor activity; and, he’ll never refuse a trip to a National Park.
