Be able to recover your A-number and reset your A-number password.

Recover Your A-Number
  1. Visit the Forgot My A-Number page.
  2. Select either Preferred Email or Text Message(SMS) to have your A-Number sent to you.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Follow the instructions that are sent via the method you chose.
  6. If you have any issues, contact us at (435) 797-8223 to check your preferred email address settings.

Reset Your Password
  1. Visit the Forgot My Password page.
  2. Enter your A-Number.
  3. Select your preferred method of password recovery.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Follow the instructions that are sent via the method you chose.
  6. If you have any issues, contact us at (435) 797-8223 to check your preferred email address settings.
