Transcripts & Grades

Get access to your transcript, view your grades, and order your transcript.

Access Your Transcript
  1. Visit My USU.
  2. Login using your A-Number and Password if prompted.
  3. Under the Academic Records link select View Transcript.
  4. In the Transcript Level field, select All Levels.
  5. In the Transcript Type field, select Unofficial.
  6. Your transcript will be shown which will include all courseword completed at USU.

Access Your Grades
  1. Visit My USU.
  2. Login using your A-Number and Password if prompted.
  3. In the Tools navigation on the left, under Common Tools, click Banner Dashboard.
  4. On the Student Records card, click Grades.
  5. Select the term of your courses and Course Level.
  6. Your grades will be shown for the selected term.

Final grades will not show until your courses have ended. Instructors have one week after the final exams to post grades.

Order Your Transcript
  1. Visit the Get My Transcript page.
  2. Select Utah State University from the dropdown box.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Click Start.
  5. Follow instructions listed to order your transcript.
