The University is currently aware of a vendor capable of providing these items and is seeking additional vendors who can provide the same or equivalent equipment that meets the University's requirements.

Green Canyon Ecology Center Demolition

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to demolish multiple structures and fencing at the USU Green Canyon Ecology Center. Football Friday Night Snack Service

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain Utah State Football is requesting proposals for a Friday night snack service to support student-athletes during the football season on designated home game weekends.

USU Football Night-Before-Home-Game Team Dinner

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a buffet-style dinner for the football team the night before the game for home events.

Automated Veterinary Medication Dispensing and Controlled Substance Management System

26-27 Monday Meals

Utah State University is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide nutritious, well balanced meals for student athletes on Mondays from August 31, 2026, through May 3, 2027.

USU Eastern CIB 201 Remodel

Utah State University is seeking bids from qualified contractors to partially demolish and recycle an existing classroom/workspace to the extent possible, including the metal stud wall, storefront, and acoustic ceiling tile ceiling, in accordance with the demolition plans. Existing plumbing and casework shall remain and be protected during construction.

USU Basketball Court Projection System

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a projection system to project graphics, videos, sponsors, and other elements onto the court of the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum for Utah State University. After reviewing the submitted bids, the University may choose not to proceed with the procurement.

Robinson Helicopter Maintenance
USU intends to hire Robinson Helicopter Company to conduct repairs on our Robinson helicopters. The maintenance must be performed by the manufacturer in order to maintain warranties.

Journal Publishing and Hosting Platform
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to provide a journal publishing platform service, including technical support and maintenance, which is capable of hosting and providing open access to multiple journals for Utah State University.

Talent Management Suite: ATS, Onboarding, Performance Management

Utah State University intends to purchase a tactical VR training system from Peerless VR to assist thier Criminal Justice program. After researching many options, USU believes Peerless VR is the only system capable of meeting all necessary requirements.

Utah State University is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding client-side security solutions designed to support PCI DSS v4.0 Requirements 6.4.3 and 11.6.1 for the university’s e-commerce and online payment environments.

The requested solution should provide protection against modern browser-based payment threats, including unauthorized script execution, browser-based payment card data interception (such as Magecart and digital skimming attacks), third-party or supply-chain compromise, and unauthorized modification of payment page content or behavior.
