About This Certificate

The mission of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business is to develop leaders of distinction in commerce and public affairs.

The Organizational Leadership Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree and are working professionals seeking to enhance their organizational leadership skills.

The courses in the certificate will be stackable toward completing the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Utah State University. Coursework encompasses leadership skills and influence practices with a focus on leadership development, innovative leadership, executive influence, and creating stakeholder agreements.
