Reservations for Exams

Students at the Logan Campus need to make a reservation, at least 3 business days in advance, to take an exam at the Disability Resource Center. Students at Statewide Campuses should also make a reservation at their specific Statewide Testing Center, whether the exam is being proctored in class or at the Testing Center.

Students at the Logan Campus taking exams being proctored at the Testing Center should make a reservation at the Testing Center and they will receive their accommodations there. To fill out the exam scheduling form, students must be signed using their A-number and strong password.
