Biography
Christian is a GS-13 Program Leader and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within the Geospatial Training and Support (GTS) group at the USDA Forest Service's Geospatial Office in Salt Lake City. In this role, he acts as a liaison between National Forest teams and geospatial specialists, facilitating contracts and grants to deliver cutting-edge remote sensing, GIS, and ecological modeling solutions for national forests and international partners. A former Peace Corps volunteer who used GIS to map forest management projects in central Mexico, Christian brings a global perspective and deep commitment to applying geospatial technology for land and natural resource management.
