PEHP sponsors a plan to help ensure healthy vision for members and their families. EyeMed offers benefits for regular eye exams, lenses, frames, contacts, and other expenses with a large network of providers, as well as out-of-network benefits.

EyeMed gives you lots of choices and flexibility. You can choose from thousands of independent and retail providers to find the one that best fits your needs and schedule.
EyeMed is a voluntary benefit available to New Employees (must be completed within 30 days of hire) and to all employees during Open Enrollment. If you enroll as a new employee, your coverage will be effective as of your date of hire. If you enroll during open enrollment, your coverage will be effective July 1.
