All USU employees (full and part time) are invited to a day of fun and recognition. And free food! This is an open house style event from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
About Employee Appreciation Day
Employee Appreciation Day is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources with support from other USU departments and sponsorship from benefit partners. The goal of this day is to celebrate all faculty and staff by providing some food, fun, and recognition for all you do for USU and our students.
USU leadership will be both serving and mingling with employees during a free pulled pork sandwich lunch, donated in part by our own USU Dining Services. The event will also feature a football field goal kick, flu shot clinic, tours of the west stadium athletic venue, music, swag, booths, and more!
Employees must bring their USU ID card or A# in order to access the event.

- Football field goal kick: imagine yourself as your favorite USU player and see if you can score a field goal

- Inflatable football toss and basketball tic tac toe

Transportation and Parking
Parking will be free at the Stadium. The Aggie Shuttle has several stops near Maverik Stadium to make getting there easy. Check the map of the Aggie Shuttle routes for pick-up/drop-off locations.

Who is allowed to attend USU Employee Appreciation Day?
All faculty and staff (including student employees) are invited to attend!
What do I need to bring with me to the event?
All employees will need to ensure they bring their USU ID or A# in order to gain access to the event - it will be scanned before you can enter. If you are planning to get a flu shot at the clinic, also bring your insurance card.
How do I enter the event if ADA access is required?
You may enter on the west side of the stadium and take the elevator up, or you may enter directly on the south side of the stadium.

What if I don’t work on the Logan campus?
Most of the statewide campuses will be hosting an employee appreciation on October 3. You should receive a personal invitation to attend one of the events. If you don’t receive an invitation, contact hrbenefits@aggies.usu.edu.
