How to Submit
Before you submit your announcement, you will want to have a title, body paragraph, and other information ready. Once that is done, complete the submission form.
Submission/Content Guidelines
To ensure the quality and consistency of content in our newsletter, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Concise Message
Clearly convey your message in a concise manner, avoiding unnecessary jargon.
Pre-Edited
Use proper grammar and punctuation to enhance the readability and professionalism.
Relevant
Ensure that your announcement is relevant to the university community, focusing on events, achievements, and important information.
Inclusive Language
Use inclusive language that reflects the diverse and welcoming nature of our campus.
Timely Submission
Submit your announcement by the 15th of the previous month to be featured in the upcoming newsletter (ex. For July 1st, submit content by June 15th).

As the MyUSU Memo continues to grow with valuable contributions from across our campus community, there may be instances where we receive more content than can be featured in our emailed newsletter. Please note that while not all submissions are guaranteed to appear in the emailed newsletter, they will still be accessible on the MyUSU platform if approved. This ensures that all contributions receive visibility and recognition within our university network. The MyUSU Memo team reserves final approval for all content that appears in the newsletter.
