Indigenous Performance, 2022 Celebrando Nuestras Raíces
One of the Latinx Cultural Center's biggest events is a cultural showcase entitled "Celebrando Nuestras Raíces" or "Celebrating our Roots" which stars as the grand finale for Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations on campus. Celebrando Nuestras Raíces features performances from groups originating from various Latin American countries such as Peru, Chile, and Mexico. This event hopes to bring together students of all backgrounds to learn about, celebrate, and reflect on the contributions and resiliency of the Latinx community.
