Request for Statements of Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services – ABQ Roof Replacement and Elevator Renovation Project.

Space Dynamics Laboratory

Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design services for a roof replacement and elevator modernization project at an SDL facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The solicitation package, including the project Scope of Work, acquisition schedule, Statement of Qualifications instructions, project description, and evaluation criteria, will be available upon request beginning 9/21/2026. Requests for the solicitation package must be submitted by email to Rich McKinnon at rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu. No others are to be contacted regarding this solicitation.

A Notice of Intent to Submit must be emailed to Rich McKinnon at rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu by 10/2/2026. The Notice of Intent is required in order to receive instructions for and participate in the mandatory onsite pre-submittal meeting/site visit to be held on 10/6/2026 at 9:00 am Mountain Time at the SDL facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. All firms intending to submit a Statement of Qualifications must have a representative in attendance.

Statements of Qualifications must be received by SDL no later than 10/21/2026 in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation package.

The purpose and location of the work restrict distribution of the solicitation package. The Contracts Administrator will not release copies to ancillary companies (e.g., advertising services, subcontract/specialty services, or other parties not intending to submit as the prime A/E firm).

Selection will be conducted using a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. Firms will be evaluated based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the professional services required. Pricing shall not be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications. Following evaluation and ranking of qualified firms, SDL will enter into fee negotiations with the highest-ranked firm. Award will be subject to successful negotiation of a fair and reasonable price.

Men's Basketball Games premium Hospitality Catering Services
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a qualified catering partnet to provide food and beverage service for the Courtside Club Premium Hospitality events at each home men's basketball game (17 games) this season, for Utah State University.

Athletics Performance Center Enhancement

qualified supplier to obtain comprehensive flooring renovation and budget dependent, strength
equipment upgrade for the Utah State Athletics Performance Training Center for Utah State
University.

USU Eastern Residences Demolition

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to demolish two homes near the USU Eastern Campus in Price. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, September 10th, at the Project Site.

The University is currently aware of a vendor capable of providing these items and is seeking additional vendors who can provide the same or equivalent equipment that meets the University's requirements.

Green Canyon Ecology Center Demolition

Football Friday Night Snack Service

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain Utah State Football is requesting proposals for a Friday night snack service to support student-athletes during the football season on designated home game weekends.

USU Football Night-Before-Home-Game Team Dinner

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a buffet-style dinner for the football team the night before the game for home events.

26-27 Monday Meals

Utah State University is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide nutritious, well balanced meals for student athletes on Mondays from August 31, 2026, through May 3, 2027.

USU Eastern CIB 201 Remodel

Utah State University is seeking bids from qualified contractors to partially demolish and recycle an existing classroom/workspace to the extent possible, including the metal stud wall, storefront, and acoustic ceiling tile ceiling, in accordance with the demolition plans. Existing plumbing and casework shall remain and be protected during construction.

USU Basketball Court Projection System

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a projection system to project graphics, videos, sponsors, and other elements onto the court of the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum for Utah State University. After reviewing the submitted bids, the University may choose not to proceed with the procurement.

Journal Publishing and Hosting Platform
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to provide a journal publishing platform service, including technical support and maintenance, which is capable of hosting and providing open access to multiple journals for Utah State University.

Utah State University is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding client-side security solutions designed to support PCI DSS v4.0 Requirements 6.4.3 and 11.6.1 for the university’s e-commerce and online payment environments.

The requested solution should provide protection against modern browser-based payment threats, including unauthorized script execution, browser-based payment card data interception (such as Magecart and digital skimming attacks), third-party or supply-chain compromise, and unauthorized modification of payment page content or behavior.
