Hayden Blauer - March 2021

Hayden Blauer has been named as March 2021 SEA Employee of the Month. Hayden serves as a Human Resources Representative and was nominated by Lisa Leishman, Associate Director of Human Resources.

In her nomination letter, Lisa praised Hayden for his recent work on the VSIP (Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment) program that the university used to help offset the budget downfall caused by COVID-19. She said, "Hayden played an integral part in the application process by making sure the financial impact statements for each employee were correct and developing the actual agreement to send for signature. Hayden was extremely timely and thorough in his efforts during the entire process... He was very detail oriented throughout the [review] process."

Lisa also complimented Hayden on his calm, consistent customer service, his positive attitude, and his rapid response to those reaching out with questions, even during remote work conditions! Congratulations Hayden on a recognition well-deserved!
