Shelley Arnold - March 2024

Shelley Arnold has been awarded the Employee of the Month for March 2024.

Shelley is an instrumental part of the Empower Teaching office.  She has been a main point of contact for many programs and events that have been a part of this group which is vital to the success of Utah State University.

Shelley was instrumental in developing the teaching scholar and master certificate process.  There are several badges that are needed in order to earn these certificates.  These badges show how faculty can engage, implement, and contribute to the university communities.  Shelley worked tirelessly to make sure the technical side of things ran smoothly, and when the program experienced glitches, she would communicate those issues with the group.

Shelley is very dedicated to all that she does, has amazing attention to detail, and can coordinate large scale events with grace.  She is the best organizer and is instrumental at leveraging the communities that she has created to build a wonderful culture of engagement.

Shelley is one of the most caring individuals, and really encourages those around her to be more than they think they can be.
