Kevin has really made a great impact on the USU community! Kevin’s top strengths revolve around strategic thinking. Kevin leverages the strengths of the team to help him come up with ideas and a plan to accomplish our goals. One of the attributes that Kevin possesses is his willingness to let the team try out new ideas. Kevin lets his team dream, helps them reevaluate the dream in a positive way based on what resources are available, and then run with it. The team all get to be creative, innovative and prototype ideas without the fear of failure. Kevin also has a positive attitude and cares about the individuals on our team. He takes the time to ask how things are going, and he listens.
