Cooper Gray - December 2024

Cooper has played a vital role this past year in preparing and supporting the Connect Support team through USU's transition from IVC broadcast technologies to Zoom Rooms for Connect courses. He's spent countless hours creating and adjusting online guides, provided support to Statewide staff, and adjusted training and support materials for facilitators. In addition, Cooper has stepped up and helped cover for his colleague, who was on leave for several months last year. This has included leading, training, and supporting a team of over 45 employees on the Logan campus as they support the approximately 200 Connect courses broadcast in and out of Logan every week. Throughout all this, Cooper has continued to be one of the friendliest people. He's always willing to help others when they need it and lend a listening ear.
