Sierra Graul - May 2026

Sierra has a tremendous work ethic and the ability to dive into complex situations with a positive attitude. During a recent office restructure, Sierra enthusiastically accepted the challenge of managing the technical aspects of our communication to admitted students, quickly learning complex systems and ultimately handling all of the programming and interfacing with the IT team and engineers. Her growth mindset and eagerness to learn have helped these processes run smoothly. Sierra is dependable, extremely competent, and has a great attitude and positive emotional impact on our office, division, and university. I believe Sierra embodies the values of USU and the SEA and is highly deserving of this recognition.
