Site coordinators at partner schools are expected to maintain data collection on an ongoing and annual basis. The individual participant data to be entered into SCRIBE includes all student services, such as tutoring, mentoring, college visits and career fairs, and family services, such as family information nights and family workshops. Please refer to sections 3 and 4 of the site coordinator manual for guidelines relating to data-entry.
Student data information collected and stored in SCRIBE is used to assist us in meeting Annual Performance Reporting requirements of the U.S. Department of Education and provides schools with real-time data to drive decisions.
