Moab Paddling & Camping Trip

Recreation

We are heading down south near Moab to spend the weekend playing on the Colorado River and hiking in the Moab area. We will enjoy our nights camped in beautiful red rock country while we paddle the rapids of the Moab Daily section and hike along beautiful red rock trails. Participants must be able to swim and prepared for fun on the water. Trip cost includes: food, transportation, campground fees, river equipment, and student leadership.

Pure Math Faculty Seminar is a series of talks by faculty members in pure math at USU and other institutions. The topics cover many areas of pure math including analysis, geometry, topology, algebra, and discrete math. The talks can be about the speakers’ research or surveys of general research areas.

Huntsman Career Expo (Virtual)

This year, the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business is hosting TWO separate Career Expo sessions, virtual and in-person. This session is the virtual session and will take place entirely on Handshake. Student registration for the virtual component for students opens on September 7th at 8:00 am.

Company recruiters are eager to make connections with students and we expect this to be a historical event. The virtual session will feature company info sessions and 1:1 meetings. We recommend you register for these sessions to make connections and find great internship and full-time opportunities.
