New ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Ruling


On April 8, 2024, The Department of Justice (DOJ) published a new rule on digital accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) directly impacting public higher education institutions. This rule requires that most of the university’s digital content be accessible.
