Aggie Strong: Strength and Resiliency through Mind-Body Bridging

Experience first-hand how the tools of Mind-Body Bridging can relieve anxiety, stress, and other life challenges to make your life more meaningful. Old Main Society awardees Dr. Stanley H. and Carolyn Block and Professor and Head of the Department of Sociology, Social Work and Anthropology, Dr. Derrik Tollefson will guide you through a Mind-Body Bridging exercise. Have a paper and pencil handy.

Distinguished Alumni Award Recipients

Distinguished Alumni Sam and Kacie Malouf, and Charisse Bremond Weaver will discuss the various ways they’ve enacted positive, impactful changes in countless lives throughout their communities. Alumni Advisory Board President Laurel Cannon Alder will be the moderator.

USU's History of Resiliency

Emeritus Professor of American History Dr. Ross Peterson will take you on a journey through Utah State history and show its resilience and strength through times of challenge. Chair of the USU Foundation Board Travis Lish will be the moderator.

Aggie Strong Women of Past and Present

Their lives are distinct, but their achievements illuminate a common theme. You will be inspired by stories about the resiliency of Aggie and other Utah women throughout the years during this discussion led by Dr. Patrick Mason, Leonard J. Arrington Chair of Mormon History and Culture and Associate Professor of Religious Studies and History. Professor of English Dr. Joyce Kinkead will be the moderator.
