Founders Day & Old Main Society Celebration

Founders Day at Utah State University is an annual celebration honoring the university’s founding in 1888 and recognizing the individuals whose leadership, service, and generosity have shaped the Aggie community. Held each spring, the event brings together alumni, supporters, faculty, and friends of the university to celebrate USU’s legacy and future. During the celebration, the university presents distinguished awards to outstanding alumni and community leaders while also recognizing members of the Old Main Society, a group of donors whose philanthropic support advances the university’s mission. Founders Day reflects the enduring spirit, impact, and tradition that continue to define Utah State University.
