Jana Haws

Biography

Jana Haws is an academic advisor focused on helping students interested in business and communication majors and career fields. While attending Utah State University, she met and married Randall Haws. After graduating together, they began a 30-year adventure with the Unites States Army, where Randall flew Apache Helicopters. She loved army life, moving 15 times while raising three children. Along the way, Jana has worked as a newspaper reporter, academic advisor for Central Texas College, group fitness instructor, elementary school instructor, facilitator for Wounded Warrior Project and Army Family Readiness Group Leader. Working at Utah State as an academic advisor offers Jana the opportunity to help students achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
