USU Moot Court Team

The USU Moot Court Team is a group of students selected to represent USU in the American Moot Court Competition. While no experience is needed, you will be expected to work hard and advocate your position. To apply, contact the Moot Court Coach, Dr. Jason Tweede (jason.twede@usu.edu) for approval to enroll in the class (CJ 3150) for Fall Semester. Students who qualify may compete in the national tournament in Spring semester. For more information on moot court, you can visit the American Moot Court Association website or contact Dr.Twede.
