Lunch & Learn - 'Emotional Eating During the Holidays
Workshop/Training
USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Jana Greene, present a workshop on emotional eating during the holidays. The holidays bring more than good food — they bring stress, packed schedules, family dynamics, and a lot of pressure around what and how much we eat. This session takes an honest, judgment-free look at emotional and stress eating: why it happens, how to recognize it in the moment, and how to respond with curiosity instead of criticism. You'll walk away with simple mindfulness tools to slow down, tune into real hunger and fullness cues, and actually enjoy your favorite holiday foods — without the guilt spiral that so often follows. This isn't about restriction or willpower. It's about building a calmer, kinder relationship with food during the most food-centered season of the year. *Presentation will be recorded. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.
