Lunch & Learn - Healthy Holiday Eating Tips

Workshop/Training

There seems to be a lot of food guilt when the holidays roll around each year. We
feel like we have to either ignore all of the delicious food and try to eat healthy or
forget healthy eating completely and just indulge in our favorite foods. However, it
is possible to enjoy all the foods the holiday season has to offer and still stay
healthy through the process. Join USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister,
as she shares healthy holiday eating tips to leave you feeling satisfied and good in your body without overindulging. Attendance and participation in this event qualifies as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.
