Come spend an evening snowshoeing under the glow of a full moon. Be sure to dress warmly for the cooler temperatures after dark. No snowshoeing experience is necessary, beginners are most welcome. Participants must be prepared for moderate physical activity in a winter environment. Trip cost includes snowshoe rental and transportation.

Mindful Movement | Yin Yoga

This is a weekly, online wellness series hosted by the Utah State University Salt Lake County Health Extension.

Hansen Differential Tuition Scholarship Application Deadline

The Hansen Differential Tuition Scholarship is awarded per semester and is based on financial need, as per a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) score. American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers and First Aid

The primary purpose of the American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers and First Aid course is to instruct those who have a duty to act (professional rescuers) in the knowledge and skills needed to respond appropriately to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies. This includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) to care for a victim experiencing cardiac arrest. Register at recportal.usu.edu.
