• Ensure that you have all of your receipts and submit the application for the Start Up Grant 

Department of Workforce Services - Subsidy Eligibility

• Log into your licensing portal. Please ensure that you are DWS eligible. Eligibility allow you to receive payments as a licensed provider. 
• If you are not DWS eligible, log into your Care About Childcare account. Click on "My Program" and find the "Rates" tile. After opening the rates page then fill our the rates for your program and contact your licensing specialist to notify them that you have added your rates.
