Resource for Family, Friends & Neighbors(FFN) and Exempt Caregivers

Exempt and FFN caregivers in Cache, Box Elder and Rich Counties can complete a free on-line hour long training on Coping with Crying and receive a kit.

Happy Baby Kits includes baby toys, board book, caregiver book on child development and educational material.

To get started

  1. Go to www.dontshake.org and on the top menu bar click on training.
  2. Click on Register Now in the box labeled Childcare Providers Intro to SBS/AHT.
  3. Choose "Care about Childcare USU" and click yes when asked if you work at Care About Childcare USU.
  4. Fill out your information and create a password and click next.
  5. Complete course and save certificate and the end of course.  Email certificate to childcare.help@usu.edu and include your mailing address and phone number.
  6. You will receive your kit by mail within 2 weeks!
