Pathways Program for new center caregivers, hired in March 2020 – Present, in Box Elder or Cache County
Earn a $400.00 incentive for you plus toys for your classroom! All you need to do is take 30 hours of Career Ladder Level 1 courses, complete your CPR/First aid certification and take a 3 hour self-paced online class; ‘Challenging Behaviors’, with a free yearlong membership to Quorum Learning. Fill out the application to get started. Once you have completed the requirements a member of our staff will come to your classroom four times to lead an activity with the children.

Pathways for Family Child Care
Pathways Program for newly hired Family Child Care providers and caregivers, hired in March 2020 - Present, in Box Elder or Cache County
Earn a $400.00 incentive plus a $500 grant supply for your classroom. Caregivers will complete an Introductory PowerPoint, 30 hours of Career Ladder Level 1 courses, CPR/First aid certification and a course on Challenging Behaviors through a free yearlong membership to Quorum Learning. Fill out the application to get started. Once you have completed the requirements a member of our staff will come to your Family Childcare and complete four activity visits focused on social and emotional development.
