We in the Career Design Center are pleased to assist you in making the most of your time on campus. To arrange a visit to meet with USU students the easiest way is through AGGIE Handshake.

On-Campus Interviews
The Career Design Center has rooms available for you to conduct on-campus interviews. You can let us know the preferences for your visit on Handshake. Select Interviews from the left side of Handshake and Request Interview Schedule on the top  side. Complete the information and someone from the Center will get back to you to confirm the details.

Information Sessions
Our office can arrange for you to speak to targeted students so that you can share information about your organization. Using AGGIE Handshake, let us know when you would like to visit campus and we will arrange a classroom with the AV equipment that you request. To do so, select Events from left side of Handshake and Request Event along the top right-hand side. For the event Type select Info Session and complete. We will get back to you to confirm the details.

Tabling

Some organizations set up tables in heavily trafficked areas to promote their companies. If you want to learn about this option, please contact Julie Pond. The cost of a table is $150 per visit. The Taggart Student Center has specific guidelines for recruiters outlined below.

Career Fairs
Schedule a Career Fair visit by selecting Fairs on Handshake. In addition, the Career Design Center staff can help you arrange classroom/student club visits, meetings with faculty/administration, and luncheons with students and faculty.
