Receiving an Associates Degree through Concurrent Enrollment coursework
- Complete the new student application
- Select your intended major and start term (usually Fall)
- Send your college transcripts to USU with concurrent enrollment credits earned from other schools
- Complete the Associates degree application (Declare Associate Degree box)
- Apply for graduation
- An eligibility check will be completed by the Utah State University Office of Advising
- When your coursework is complete, your Associate degree will be awarded to you at the end of Fall semester
- A 2.0 high school GPA is required
- Apply to USU as a new student
- Select AS:Gen Studies as your field of study
- Select Summer as your admit term
- Apply before June 15
- Send your college transcripts to USU with concurrent enrollment credits earned from other schools
- Apply for graduation
- Contact the advisor for your area with any questions about applying to receive an Associates Degree
