Student-Athlete Medical Insurance Broker

Utah State University is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide insurance brokerage services for the administration of student athlete insurance coverage. The selected provider will support the University in managing and maintaining appropriate coverage and related brokerage services.

Photovoltaic Systems 2026

Utah State University is requesting proposals from Design/Build teams consisting of a general contractor, subcontractors, and technical consultants to design and construct multiple photovoltaic (solar PV) systems under the Utah State University Photovoltaic Systems 2026 project. 

Proposals should include pricing for all projects as well as individual pricing options. Selection will be based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation, with emphasis on achieving the lowest levelized cost of energy (LCOE) while meeting all requirements.

Handheld Velocimeter 

We are looking for a handheld velocimeter to capture velocity profiles and build discharge rating curves. We also need to have a probe assembly, a top setting rod, and it needs to have increments in metric measurement. 

Charter Airline Services for 2026 Football Season

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to handle team travel for the entire 2026 football season. The selected provider will be responsible for round-trip charter flights for all away games, ensuring high-level service, safety, and operational efficiency while adhering to strict scheduling requirements. After reviewing the submitted bids, the University may choose to award contracts to multiple suppliers, or to not proceed with the procurement.

Tala Energy Advisory

This scope of work supports the ongoing development and implementation of the Utah Electrification Initiative and requires timely, coordinated support across state agencies, utilities, industry partners, and academic stakeholders, as well as familiarity with the reporting requirements established under the 2023 Utah Senate Bill 125. Successful performance depends on an existing understanding of the initiative’s structure, stakeholder landscape, and coordination processes, which would require significant schedule to establish with a new provider. TEA already possesses this program knowledge and engagement capability, allowing work to begin immediately and reducing risk to project schedules and required deliverables in support of ASPIRE’s mission.

USU Ticketing System

Switch Cars for ASPIRE hands-on training

As part of the scope of the HUD award, ASPIRE is implementing a hands-on training program designed to provide students with practical experience in building electric vehicles and understanding the associated processes and requirements. The Switch Car serves as the instructional platform for this program and includes a developed curriculum that supports ASPIRE in meeting this objective. X System Updated Equipment

Utah State University intends to purchase updated equipment for its existing X System from CoachComm.
