Craig Dart is a Professional Practice Extension Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of Utah 4-H at Utah State University. His areas of expertise are positive youth development, youth mentoring, leadership and civic engagement. He directs 4-H Operations which includes volunteer development and management, risk management and resource development.
