Bio
Dr. Grant Cardon received his bachelor's in Agronomy and Soil Science from Utah State and his doctorate degree in Soil Physics from UC Riverside. Dr. Cardon worked as a post-doctoral scientist first with the USDA-ARS Water Management Research Lab in Fresno, CA. He was a member of the Soil and Crop Department faculty at Colorado State. Since 2005, he has worked at Utah State as Professor and Extension Soils Specialist. He oversees the USU Soil Testing Lab, teaches three courses on campus, and serves across the state as the Extension Specialist in all things dirt.
