Bio
Sarah Andersen has an MS in Agricultural Extension and Education and a BS in Animal, Dairy and Veterinary Science (Equine Science and Management emphasis) from Utah State University. She has been invovled in USU's equine-assisted services program for many years and is currently a Lecturer. The classes she teaches prepares students for careers in the equine-assisted services field. She has experience teaching adaptive horsemanship lessons to riders with disabilites, facilitating equine-assisted learning sessions, and training horses for roles in equine-assisted services. She has also performed research within the equine-assisted services field.
