Bio
Dr. Tiffany Shelton is a licensed audiologist in the states of Utah, Idaho and Wyoming with her doctorate degree in audiology from AT Still University, Arizona College of Health Sciences. She primarily serves as a supervisor to graduate students, teaches graduate courses and a summer citizen course, and provides direct services to patients in the Hearing and Balance Clinic in the Sorensen Center for Clinical Excellence.
Tiffany is passionate about hearing and balance health and provides services through a patient-centered care approach, offering her patients knowledge to facilitate communication and improve their overall quality of life. She has been an audiologist for over 26 years, working in multiple clinical settings, including private practice, medical clinics, and universities. She provides multiple audiology evaluation services, including hearing diagnostics, site-of-lesion testing, tinnitus evaluations and rehabilitation, auditory processing evaluations and education, and balance evaluations. Hearing rehabilitation is also provided through the fitting of digital devices, and accessories. In addition, she provides options for hearing protection by furnishing custom earmolds, earbuds, swim and sleep plugs. She strongly believes that education and a collaborative approach between patient and provider is the key to understanding how to address and improve hearing and overcome balance challenges. In her free time Tiffany enjoys gardening, mystery movies with all flavors of popcorn, and playing all sorts of games with her family.
