World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day will take place on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. A variety of activities are planned for employees and students across USU campuses. Find something for everyone as we increase our mental health and well-being. This is an open house style event.

  • 10-Minute Yoga Flows: Every 10 minutes from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • Music Therapy Drum Circle - 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
  • Presentation at 3:00 pm - 'The Art of Catastrophizing - Stop the Spiral!'
    • Family Life Building, Room 115 or Zoom
    • Free Donuts for in-person attendance.
