Coverage

USU's dental insurance is provided by Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and covers preventive, basic, and major dental care, including the following: examinations, fillings, x-rays, prosthetics, and orthodontics.

Full-time Employees (30 hours + per week) Dental Premiums

The following are the semi-monthly Insurance premiums for Benefited employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Maximum Benefits

Maximum benefits per person per contract year is $2,000.
Maximum benefit on orthodontics is $1,500 per person per lifetime.
