Biography

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Utah State University through Yoga Alliance. I have spent the past three years learning different forms of yoga, different teaching styles, alignment, and modifications!

Yoga has changed my life in the best way! Not only has it improved my physical health and relationship with my body, but also my mental health and mind-body connection. In my free time I am an avid album listener, horror movie watcher, and Star Wars fan. I love going on walks and spending time with my family!
