Be Well Rewards is a voluntary incentive program that rewards USU benefit-eligible employees for taking an active role in their personal wellbeing. Through the Be Well Rewards program, ALL benefit-eligible employees across the USU campus system can earn up to $600* each year completing numerous activities and challenges and earning points towards Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum reward levels.
*All USU Be Well Rewards payments will be taxed.

What’s Changed?
Be Well has partnered with WellSteps to utilize their software and reward tracking abilities. All participation and activities must be completed on the online WellSteps platform or app. The new program will run annually from January 15 through December 15 and reward payouts will be issued three times per year. Be Well staff will run the Reward Level reports on May 1, August 31, and December 15, and payments will be applied to your paycheck within 30 days. Eligible employees will only need to register their account once and reward activities and levels will be automatically reset at the end of every year for employees to begin tracking again. Users will be able to sync a wearable device or fitness app to track steps and activities automatically and participate in personal or team challenges with peers.
